Eligibility

To be eligible the patient must:

• Have COVID-19 and symptoms or be a Household Contact and have symptoms; and

• Been sick within the last 5 days; and

• Meet one of the additional antiviral eligibility criteria. 

Exclusions

• Claiming is limited to one type of claim per person, per day, per practice.

• No simultaneous claiming against other funding streams, this includes claims for COVID-19 Community Care Assessments.

• Claims cannot be made separately for testing and proactive initial clinical assessment.

• A claim for funding cannot be made for a self-test RAT which was completed at home.
